Marten has three different product lines: Coltrane series is where you will find Marten's spectacular reference models. The Heritage series embodies Marten Design's original philosophy, refined and updated. And the brand new Form series, a new concept of speakers, designed to fit easily into a contemporary living space.

Bird is the latest, and greatest model that completes the Heritage series from Marten. Bird employs ceramic membranes with the hardness of sapphire. Ceramic membranes (Corundum) have extreme cone rigidity and hardness. The distortion free sound reproduction Bird produces is exceptionally detailed and transparent, with a large, attractive soundstage.

Coltrane's unique cabinet is made of extremely rigid and stiff carbon fiber laminate. The box is one of the most sophisticated constructions ever to be undertaken in the field of high-end loudspeakers.

Remarkable resolution and transparency, coupled with amazing power. Its newly developed carbon fibre laminate cabinet reduces resonances to close to zero. As versatile as the original Coltrane despite being 40% larger, the Coltrane 2 is extremely powerful, while delivering even better resolution and transparency.

With the new Momento, the Coltrane lineup is complete. This new reference model employs four 9h ceramic woofers, four 9h passive radiators, and one 7h ceramic midrange driver, all from Accuton, plus a 1h diamond tweeter from Jantzen Audio. The body of the cabinet is made of 20mm carbon fibre, while the front, back, top, and bottom are made of 30mm solid wood and 30mm laminated wood. The stands are made of polished stainless steel with carbon fibre pucks and cones by Black Diamond Racing.

The latest Coltrane model has all the unique features that all Coltrane models benefit from. Soprano employs a newly developed diamond tweeter from Jantzen Audio. The membrane is 26mm in diameter and are made of pure diamond. The first resonance is at 55 kHz distortion is hardly measurable.

Coltrane Supreme is the final challenge for the chief designer in Marten, Leif Marten Olofsson. After the great success with the former top model Coltrane (product of the year award 04, category Discovery, in the British high-end Magazine Hifi) it is now time for the final step to the real high end of worlds finest sound reproduction.

Duke Stand Loudspeaker is a two way design developed with a new ceramic bass/midrange unit with extreme performance. The perfect partner to this unit is the _ceramic tweeter which extends the frequency range up to 40000 kHz. The Duke Stand Loudspeaker sonic performance is rich, smooth and pleasant but with no loss of fine details, resolution and dynamics.
